If you notice blank product feeds appearing in WooCommerce, the issue is often related to scheduled actions creating feeds with an invalid feed_id value of 0. Normally, this should not happen. If it occurs, it adds empty feed entries that crowd your product feed dashboard.
This guide will walk you through how to identify the cause, remove the unwanted feeds, and prevent them from re-occurring.
Steps to Fix the Issue
Manually Cancel A Schedule Action With An Invalid Feed ID
- Navigate to WP Admin > WooCommerce > Status > Scheduled Actions > Pending.
- Search the pending actions list for scheduled actions that use this hook name:
adt_pfp_as_generate_product_feed - Check if the action has a
feed_idset to 0, as this is the root cause of the blank feeds.
- If you find such an action, cancel it right away to prevent additional blank feeds from being generated.
Run the Fix Duplicated Feed Action
If the problem continues after canceling the scheduled action, try the built-in Fix Duplicated Feed option in Product Feed Pro (or Elite).
- Go to Product Feed Pro (or Elite) > Settings.
- Locate the option “Fix Duplicated Feed” under the Other settings section.
- Click the button to start the process.
- After the process finishes, a success message appears:

By canceling the faulty scheduled actions and removing existing blank feeds, you can keep your product feed dashboard clean and prevent unnecessary clutter.
