If you want your product feeds to drive meaningful results, it’s smart to include only items that are already performing well, those that customers have previously purchased. AdTribes offers convenient features that let you automatically filter your WooCommerce feeds to include only products with a history of sales, ensuring your ads and product listings remain relevant and conversion‑focused.
Starting now, you can:
- Filter by number of product sales, and
- Filter by sales within a specified time range
Let’s explore how to apply these filters effectively.
Guide to Creating the Feed
1. Open/Create a Product Feed
- Go to Product Feed Pro (or Product Feed Elite, if you’re using the premium version) > Manage Feed screen.
- Either create a new feed or edit an existing one
2. Apply to Filter Products with the Minimum Number of Orders
- Go to the Filters tab.
- In the “Include” section, click the Add New “AND” Filter button
- Choose the “Total Product Orders” option from the attribute list
- Select an option from the operator list according to your use case
- Enter a value in the Value field as per your requirement

3. Apply the Recent Sales Filter
- In the “General” tab of your feed, you will see the “Remove products that did not have sales in the last days” option.
- Enter the value to exclude products that did not have any sales in the last “X” number of days

Example
Use‑case: “I want to create a product feed that holds only products that have been sold twice over the last 70 days.
To meet this condition, you need to apply both options accordingly:

Important Note: If you do not set a filter for Total Product Orders but do fill in the “Remove products that did not have sales in the last X days” field, the plugin will filter out all products that have never had a sale, regardless of when they were added to your store.
This ensures your feed won’t include completely unsold products, keeping your campaigns focused on proven items.
By filtering your WooCommerce product feeds to include only proven performers, you:
- Focus ad spend on products that sell.
- Improve click-through rates with relevant listings.
- Keep feeds lean and efficient.
Whether you’re using Google Shopping, Facebook, or another sales channel, these filters help ensure that only products with a track record of sales reach your audience.
