When you have thousands of products in your feed, updating attributes or values in the feed and verifying those changes is time-consuming because the feed is fully reprocessed after each update.
To speed up this process, we introduced the Preview feature of our plugin. By enabling the “Create a preview of the feed” option from the General Feed Settings screen, you can save and refresh the feed to generate a quick preview with only 5 products. This allows you to promptly view and verify changes in the feed without waiting for the entire feed to reprocess.
Please note that enabling the Preview feature limits your feed to only 5 products. If you enable this for a feed that is actively being used for your campaigns in Google Shopping, Meta, or any other channels, those feeds will be impacted due to reduced product count.
In that case, we recommend first creating a copy of your original feed, and then testing any configuration changes on the copied (preview) version instead of making adjustments in the live feed. Once you’ve confirmed, you can apply the changes to the live one.
