WooCommerce provides a Variable product type that allows store owners to offer multiple variations of a product within a single listing. For example, if you’re selling a Bluetooth Speaker available in different colors, you can let your customers choose them during purchase by creating a Variable type product. To learn more about the Variable product type, visit the official WooCommerce documentation.
To include variable products in your feed, simply enable the “Include Product Variation” option in the General Feed Settings step.
The feed will only contain each variation of a variable product. The parent (Variable) product will not be included.
Once a feed is created, attributes will automatically appended to each product variation’s title in the following format: [Product Name] [Attribute 1] [Attribute 2]...
Important Note: Google Shopping, Facebook, and most product feed channels require only the individual variations of a variable product, excluding the main (parent) product. To meet these requirements, our plugin automatically includes only the product variations by default.
Last but not least, if you wish to include a single variation within a feed, feel free to check out how to add just one variation to your feed article.
