Your license keys and your plugin downloads are on the same page. Log in and open My Account, then Downloads. Every plugin you own is listed there with its license key, its expiry date and a download button.
From that page you can also view the sites attached to a license, remove a site, view the subscription and view the changelog.
Which email the activation expects
Activation checks the billing email on the order that bought the license. That is not always the same as your WordPress login email, and it does not change if you later change the email on your account. Capitalisation does not matter.
What happens when you renew
A renewal does not change your license key. The key you already have keeps working, so there is nothing new to enter and nothing to reinstall after renewing.
You must enter a valid license key on every site the plugin runs on, including staging sites. A valid, non-expired license is required to receive updates and support.
A download link gives an Invalid order error
This error is about the order, not the file. A download is only released while the order that bought it is marked Completed. If the order is in another state, such as awaiting payment or cancelled after a failed renewal, a link that worked before starts returning this error.
- Open My Account, then Downloads. This page always reflects your current entitlement, so use it rather than an older link from an email.
- Download the plugin from that page.
If the plugin is not listed there, or the same error comes back from that page, open a support ticket and include your order number. We need to look at the order state to see what is holding it.
